Thank you for shopping at G&G Deluxe Fashion. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your order.

 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Destinations

G & G Deluxe Fashion ships to addresses within the United States.

 

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is not available currently.

 

G & G Deluxe Fashion LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gandgdeluxefashion.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
